Hey everyone!!

So I guess that there is no better place to start than from the beginning ... My husband and I fell in love with our block of land back in December 2008. We found it in Spring Farm and it fit all of the criteria that we wanted which included it being a large size corner block on the higher side of the street. It was already registered which made it easy and the price had just been dropped by about $35k. How could we refuse such an offer?

So here we are now five months later, and after dropping off the final tender to Miss A at head office, she mentioned to me that with our fingers crossed, we should be able to start building this week :D ... so please don't rain.

We will be taking heaps of photo's and posting them for everyone to see. But in the meantime, wish us luck :D
